I
was on my day out the door at work just after 5:00pm when an elderly couple
approached me and was looking for an insurance company that was once located in
our building and had moved. They had been to several places around the
Braintree area and had asked several people for help in locating the office.
They had no phone number or location.
I logged back into my
computer and did a Google search and was able to find the place. I also
printed out map quest directions for them to go the next day since they were
now closed. The couple was extremely grateful for my assistance.
They arrived looking tired and frustrated and left happy and grateful for
my help.
