Act #72- Polite to that Collector (Justin)

We often get collection calls for Julio Ortiz and another person who used to have this number, despite having it for almost 7 years now.   A lot of these calls have been coming in about 5 minutes to 9pm right about the time we finally get Paige to sleep.  I am not always so nice when I answer the phone.  But today, I politely explained that there is no person by the name of Julio Ortiz here and that my daughter just went to sleep.  It probably at least was nice on the other end to not have an angry person answer the phone.
